Spring is Here, March
March is here and so is spring. Things are blooming and making everyone sick. Bees are out, storms are coming in and out, the temperatures are already in the eighty degrees and ninety degrees. The dirt is kicking up over everything. Welcome to March in West Texas. I usually figure out spring is here when the tree in the backyard is full of bees. I hear them before I see them. This year I also noticed how many bees were taking advantage of fresh, clean water when I was filling up troughs. I leave the bees alone. They do not usually stay around too long. Once all the flowers start blooming, they move on.
