Hercules and His Horn

Hercules has difficulty with his horns growing at odd angles and Ronnie and I have to saw them off about once a year so he doesn’t end up with more problems. We attempted to saw one of his horns and he was not having it. Somehow the wire saw we had got lost so Ronnie rigged up one. Sometimes that is good, sometimes that can be bad. At one point, Hercules jumped up on his hind legs and the saw came out of Ronnie’s hand and embedded in my hand for a bit. That hurt, for sure. My hand healed up fine. We are waiting for our other saw to come in to finish the horn for Hercules.
