Too Many Roosters

I have learned on this farm that if you let the hens hatch the eggs, or in my case do not find all the eggs, the ones that hatch mostly are roosters. We have so many roosters around here it is ridiculous. The hens are hiding because there are so many roosters and they are nervous. I cannot blame them. My poor hens look terrible because of the roosters. I do not know what to do with them. It’s sad to me. I know they all won’t survive if they stay here because they will fight for their territory.
