The cats were in the shop again eating. I think that might be all they do.
Yeller is really wanting to get into the crates where the chickens lay their eggs. He is not comfortable being in there since the chickens are in there. I feel sorry for him. He likes to be warm and in those crates.I am working on a solution. He finally decided to go lay down behind the wall in the shop to stay warm. It was the coldest day in a long time. I did snuggle with him for a while.
I found Jeb’s trough overturned. The trough is tied to the fence and I was trying to not have to go into the pasture to turn it over, so I was struggling to turn it back over. I was trying really hard, but I was getting frustrated. Takua just wanted his food so he helped me turn it over so we could get on with the routine. It was helpful.
The little goats were all in their shelter because it was cold. It really was cold today.
The sheep were in the back of the shelter today to keep the wind off of them.
Onyx was hanging out in top of the goat shelter. I have not seen her up there in a long time.
The pigs were doing good. They all have somewhere warm to go. Willow did not learn her lesson and wanted to aggravate the pigs. I still laughed about it. This time the pig just ran away from the fence.
The chickens still use the sheep’s back to get up on the roost daily. That is funny to watch, too.
There was another pretty sunset tonight.
Maggie was enjoying the sunset.
I was home feeding by myself with Ronnie working later tonight. I debated with myself for a while on if I locked that gate or not. I had to walk out there to make sure.
The donkeys and cows were enjoying their hay as the sun went down.
The pigs did line up for me to pet them. I love when they do that. They are the best
The sky was so amazing tonight.
It was cold enough Athena did want to get into the house. I hope I find a solution to the crate problem in the shop for the cats.
