Bad Feeling

I was out late one night checking on animals. I kept hearing a chirping chick. I went to look for the chick and this chick was all alone. The kittens were trying to get this chick. The kittens decided to follow me and leave the chick alone. I watched the chick hide under the building. I had no idea where the other chicks were so I did not know where to take the chick if I caught it, so I left it alone. I was sure hoping the chick would be okay. I had a bad feeling that I would not see the chick again.
