As I walked outside to let the chicks out of the coop, I saw one had been left out overnight. She was standing close to the coop like she was waiting for her friends to come out to play. The chicks were definitely ready for that. They stopped to eat before running off. 

Yeller was in his spot in the hay. Onyx was on the back deck watching the chicks go crazy. 

I got some pumpkins for the animals from work. There were sure a lot of them. It took me a while to get them unloaded and I ended up putting them in a wheelbarrow to move them. I gave the chicks some more pumpkins. They were all excited to see the pumpkins and started eating. 

I had not seen Athena in the morning, but she was home in the afternoon.  

The animals are all doing fine. 

I did not have a good day at work. It was just a bad day. I was able to cuddle with Yeller when I got home. The animals do make me feel better when I have had a bad day.
