November 4, 2025

I saw Athena first thing in the morning.
I did something that shocked even me. I walked out to let the chicks out and saw something that did not belong. Poor Yeller was locked in with the chicks all night. He was a little traumatized, but he was fine. I felt horrible about it though.
Onyx was out and about without any problems, too.
Ned was able to eat out of my hand. He was so gentle. With a donkey, you just never know. Pedro ate out of my hand also. Of course, the goats had to get some corn as well.
I guess Yeller had had enough of Athena's bullying. He ran her right up the fence pole and stayed under it to see if she came down or not. It was quite the drama. Once you have had enough, you do what is necessary to make whatever it is stop. That is what happened here.
I got to love on the donkeys. They are such a blessing to me.
The Gidget look a like is just that, a look a like. She wants nothing to do with me at all.
The moon is finally full. It was such a beautiful sight. Nothing too crazy went on with the full moon. That is a good thing. It was a gorgeous evening.
Athena had to stay on top of that pole for a long time. I would almost feel bad for her, but she is mean. Onyx wanted no part in any of it.
Before I went inside for the night, I made sure to find Yeller and love on him. I know sometimes it can be draining to deal with things you must deal with. I know that is more for us humans than the cat.
