I got home and Ronnie met me at the car and said you need to come help me. I ran inside and changed clothes and ran back outside. Apparently Pork Chop was stuck on the fence by a tusk. That has happened with another pig a couple of years ago, but it has not happened since then. Ronnie was able to get him cut out of there before I got down there. That poor guy. I know he had to be scared and in pain. He seemed fine once Ronnie cut him out. I loved on him a little.
Noma has a hole she loves to crawl into. She rolls around in that hole and just relaxes there. She was laying in the hole this evening. That is her spot. I know we all have a spot where we like to be so we can relax. I guess it is the same with the animals.
I did get to see Yeller and Onyx, but I did not see Athena. Ronnie said he had seen her this morning. I think I saw her this morning, but sometimes the days run together. I did see them in the backyard with the chickens and the dogs. The animals on our farm do all get along for the most part. Humans could take a lesson in getting along with all of our differences, there is no reason we cannot get along.
