I thought I saw Ned leaning over the fence, but he moved his head as I went to take a picture.
I saw Athena and Onyx when I got home from work as well, but no Yeller. They are doing good at staying home so I do not know where Yeller was. I think they always have stayed around, but since we have lost so many from wondering off, I keep a close eye on these 3. So, Yeller needs to get home.
Looks like Annabeth is trying to dig out from under the fence again. I am guessing she does not remember what happened last time she dug out. She got beat up by the other hens. We will see what happens there. I hope she stays where she is.
Hercules is such a love bug. I was able to hug on him today. I love that silly goat.
I saw Bella looking at something intently. I went over a there was a baby bird on the ground trying to fly. I watched for a long time at that baby. It tried and tried. I then tried to save it, but I was unable to save it. The bird ended up in the backyard and the dogs killed it. Oh, I was so upset about that.
I am not sure why some of the hens continue to stay in the shop. It is getting hotter. I know they are leaving more and more which I am glad about with the increase in temperatures coming.
The pigs took advantage of the mud holes today. All the pigs were black from the mud. At least they were able to stay cool. Some of the pigs are shedding, too, since the weather is getting hotter.
The horses were all getting along eating hay.
The donkeys were way out in the field enjoying life.
Later I looked out the window and saw several baby birds learning to fly from the tree that the other bird fell out of. Those babies were doing well. The other one may have not made it anyway. My heart hurts over that though.
I did not see Yeller again today. Who know where he is.
