The cats were all together again this morning, until Athena saw me. They sure are sweet cats. I love that they are here. They did eat together lined up. They were all home trying to stay cool when I got home after work.
Alex looked like he was trying to break the pigs out of the pen. He was just scratching on the handle, but it is enough to make me look at that twice.
The sheep and goats were happy about their hay.
I had to yell at Onyx. She looked like she was going to try to cross the road. I am not sure if she actually would do that, but it is a possibility. I told her to get back over here, and she did. I do not know what she was doing.
Ursula wanted outside. I do not know what is going on with that cat. She is something else. She was eating grass, so I am wondering if she is not feeling well. That is a possibility.
I got to see Tux today. I have not seen that cat in months. I cannot even remember the last time I saw him. Ronnie has not seen him either. We had talked about that recently and decided Tux may have moved on to another place, but nope, he was at the house. I talked to him, and he watched me intently. I never tried to get close to him, so he stayed where he was. I sure was glad to see him. He is not like our cats. He is completely feral, but he is not hurting anything around here, so we let him stay. I like him and wish he would let me get close. I would love to get him to a vet to check him over, but that has not happened. He has stopped running when he sees me. That is the most progress we have made. Every little step in the right direction is progress, regardless of how slow it is.
I got to see more yellow headed blackbirds. They were all on top of the hay bale. I find that to be a weird spot, but whatever.
Bill was laying down eating. I just thought of how lazy that looked, but that is ok. He can do whatever he wants to.
The horses start looking skinny to me, at least the Oklahoma horses do. Ronnie got them some minerals, and they are already looking like they are putting on weight. That makes me happy.
Jasper must know he does not have to go to the vet. He allowed me to pet him while he was eating. That has not happened in a while. He has been running from me so I cannot put medicine on his open wound. It is healing up nicely.
The pigs were all doing well. Pork Chop was interested in Mattie by the fence. Spam and Treat both look like they have terrible sunburns. I guess they wanted to lay in the sun. I was able to give Spam some petting. She is shedding terribly.
I looked up at the moon and noticed the rainbow colors around it with the clouds. It was gorgeous. I am glad I was able to see that. I had never noticed it with the moon before, but now I have.
Ursula has something going on with her eye. I have no idea what happened, and I hope it clears up soon.
