The chicks are all doing well. Onyx was laying right outside their coop. Another couple of chicks jumped up on my back while I was feeding and watering them. I am not sure why that makes me so happy, but it does. They did that this morning and afternoon. I think it might be the same few, but I do not care either way. They are getting so big and at such a fast rate.
Noma sure is a fussy one these days. I know she does not feel well. I have been taking feed to her. It may be time to put her in a pen to let her rest. The farrier will be coming soon, hopefully he will work on her.
As I was putting fresh water in the pig pens, the pigs decided they would get into the fresh, cooler water.
It sure was a hot one outside, but the animals were doing okay. They tolerate it better than I do.
The sheep are acting like they are doing fine. The goats are all fine, too.
May is hanging in there.
Alex let me pet on him. Surprise, surprise, so did Jasper.
I let the water run over quite a bit, on an accident and the chickens were playing in it to get cooler. Mattie seemed to like it also.
I did see Yeller with Onyx later in the day, so I did see all the cats.
