April 18, 2025

It's Good Friday. I hope we all recognize what this day represents.
Yeller was on his favorite morning place which happens to be a hay bale. The other two were in the backyard waiting on me.
The clouds were telling a story, but I am not sure what that story was. They were pretty though.
The pigs were all muddy which tells me happy. Pigs actually use the mud as a sunscreen. They also cannot regulate their body temps, so need the mud to keep them cool. Animals are amazing to me.
The animals were all content in their environments today. Ronnie and I do strive to keep them happy around here.
A couple of chickens were making dirt holes in the driveway. They need to take that somewhere else.
It sure got cloudy today. I feel like we do have clouds and rain often on Good Friday and Easter. The donkeys and goats did not seem to mind, they were grazing in the pasture.
Jeb was giving me all kinds of smiles. He is so rotten, but he is so loved.
Onyx was on the lookout in the horse pasture for that other cat. I have not seen the cat again lately, but that cat has been around for a while.
The sheep tried to follow me out of the gate. Probably not a good idea, especially with a donkey nearby. Be careful who you follow, not everyone has your best interest in mind.
Athena was hiding and probably hunting in the tall grass. I barely could see her ears. Cats are something else.
