I got to play with a baby goat. Oh that baby was so sweet. The kid was born on Friday, so still a brand new baby. The momma was nice enough to allow me to love on her baby. She sure watched me closely. Momma was a sweet one.
It is officially spring. I watched a bunch of bees on some blooming flowers. It was actually good to see that many bees.
So, it might be that a skunk got into our shop last night. Yes, I leave it opened a crack for the cats, but I will not be able to do that anymore. It smells so bad in the shop.
I loved on Yeller. He seemed a little traumatized being in the shop. Onyx looked like she got beat up a bit. She was smelling on the crate for sure to make sure the skunk was not still in there. Athena would not even go into the shop. I hope the skunk does not come back.
The other animals are all doing fine.
I had not seen Tux in a long time. Ronnie and I both thought he was probably gone. I did not see him tonight, but Ronnie did. At least I know he is still here and he is okay. I asked if he knew for sure it wasn’t Onyx and he said yes. I’m just happy Tix is okay. He’s been here for a few years now and has never allowed us to get close to him. Maybe this is my year.
