April 3, 2025

I was such a pretty morning. Looks like we may finally get some rain soon.

Sonny was still in the shelter with the goats. It was cooler this morning than it had been.

I attempted to throw the hay in the shelter with the little goats, but my aim was off. Oh well, they will eat the hay anyway. I was trying to be considerate because it was cold like I would want someone else to be for me.

The sheep were able to eat in the shelter. The chickens were even still roosting. No one was ready to get up this morning. I was not either if I am being honest.

The cows were in the shelter not wanting to get up.

Mattie and Willow did get up to take some hay from the goats. They can be selfish and rude. Noma is the nicest one. She does not usually try to do that. She allowed me to get close to her this morning.

The horses were up eating this morning.

The pigs were waiting for their food. Russ has an injured foot. I do not know what that is about. I will have to watch it. He let me pet him. That hardly happens.

The donkeys and goats were all in the barn.  I made sure the gate was opened. They followed me out of there. Except the goats, they were trying to stay warm. Pedro walked me back to the gate.

Athena and Onyx were out and about. Yeller was in the shop in the crate to stay warm.

The weather is still coming in. It was still a cooler day today. You could see the clouds coming in.

I did get to see the cats.

Sonny was hanging out with some hens. I know he is doing better now.

The pigs were all waiting for me. They are so cute. I just love them.

Noma wanted to eat all the food. I had to fight her for the feed bin to give the feed to the other donkeys.

Ursula has some eye thing going on. I will have to watch that also. You know, sometimes I need a break. I also know we have so many animals there is always something going to be going on.

Sonny was able to roost up high in the shop. I am so happy to see that.
