May just keeps surprising me. She was up on the enclosure we had for the chicks. How she got up there, I have no idea. Her will to live is big. If you put your mind to something, you can achieve it with hard work and determination.
I got to see Athena and Onyx in the morning. I was starting to get concerned about Yeller. I had not seen him.
When I got home, it was so hot and humid. I just knew it was going to rain. It didn’t, but it sure looked and felt like it.
I did see Yeller when I got home from work. I was so relieved. He acted like I was overacting. I’m sure I was.
Willow was in a protective stance over Noma. I had not seen that before. I find that interesting.
Ollie keeps jumping out of the chicken coop. I know they are tired of being in there. I don’t think they are ready to be free range yet. The cats are watching them too close.
Jasper is looking better. I know he is feeling better since he was letting me pet on him. That made my day.
Noma did not want to get up, so I took her food to her. I know she was happy about that. I’m sure her joints aren’t feeling good. I did see there was a cold front coming in.
The pigs are all doing well. Gus finally got that mud hole under the shelter, so they all fight over that now. Silly pigs.
And once we were finished with feeding, it’s officially vacation time.
