September 25, 2025

As I went out to feed the chicks, I looked over and saw Gus and the girls all wrapped up in the torn-up sunshade. I had to look several times to see if they were all there, and they were. They were all cuddled up staying warmer since their shelter is full of water. It was 66 degrees outside. The other pigs were pretending they did not get fed, but I know they were just trying to get an extra meal.
The donkeys and cows were up and about.
The other donkeys and goats were still being lazy in the barn.
I saw the weirdest bird while I was at work. It was a baby of some kind, but i have no idea what it was. I stared at that thing way too long trying to figure it out.
I set up part of my booth for this weekend in the evening, so Ronnie fed the animals. I was grateful he was home and able to do that. The little things in life are just as important as the big things.
