The full moon was still up overhead.
The chicks did not like the color of my nails and were pecking at them. I am not sure how I feel about that. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion is what I have heard. They also do not start making a fuss until they hear my voice. It is good to be loved.
I was still a little concerned about Jasper, but he was up eating early.
Saverine worries me when she is not with the herd and she was not. They rest of them were eating and she was by herself. I am sure she is fine.
As I was a work, I looked outside and saw a road runner up at my window. They are unique looking birds.
I thought Lucky and Pedro were going to fight over my attention (or the feed). I had to give them both some feed to keep them from fighting.
I was looking at Willow. She sure is getting big. She is growing up fast.
Fred was out running around the barn. At least I know he is okay.
Carlos was not going to get up. He was comfortable where he was.
The chicks still want to be all up on me. It is still funny, but those claws are starting to hurt. Everyday Raven, Gidget, and Lovely all jump out of the coop. They are easy to get back into the coop with the rest of them. It will not be long, and they are going to have to get out of there.
May has what looks like a calcium deposit on her leg where she had the break. She is getting around so much better now.
Willow was giving Daisy some attention. I do not even know what to say about that.
The little goats have a system. Porky is the only smart one in that crew. He waits until I put the food in the second location and he is able to go eat alone.
I gave Noma some feed on her own. As long as I do not have the camera out, she will let me pet her. When I pull that camera out, she turns like she is going to kick me. I wish I knew what she thought I had in my hand.
Both cows ate good this evening. I guess it is the weather change that is throwing Jasper off.
The horses are doing well, even in the heat. The cooler weather is coming. I just know it.
