Night Sounds

Oh the sounds in the night sometimes creep me out. I have done better will the sounds here than I did in Arkansas. The sounds seemed closer in Arkansas than they do here…normally. I was laying in bed reading a book trying to relax before going to sleep. Ronnie was already asleep. The donkeys usually bray around 10-11 pm for whatever reason so I was not alarmed. A few minutes later I hear coyotes and they sounded like they were right outside the window. They probably weren’t but they sure sounded like it. Then I hear donkeys braying again. I was a little freaked out. All of the animals were fine the next morning. I still heard the donkeys the next night but not the coyotes.
