Update on Rena

Rena is our injured chicken. It apparently doesn’t matter how bad she feels or how bad her foot is, she is smart enough not to let me catch her. Her foot does not look good from afar. It looks infected. It starts to look better and then worse. She is still eating and drinking and hanging out with the other chickens at times. I’m at a loss at what time do for her. I’m watching her from afar and have stopped chasing her. She may never be able to use her foot normally. I’m not sure if she will make it yet or not. Only time will tell. Poor girl. I wish she would let me help her.
