Rena the Chicken

Oh Rena, aka Bigfoot (Ronnie’s name for her), she is still limping around, but it looks like her foot may heal. I have been concerned. Her foot has looked bad lately. It’s triple the size it’s supposed to be. That’s not good. She was running around the farm the other morning. She is still roosting with the other chickens and eating with them, so it looks like things are going well. I’m still concerned, but she is still moving around. She does limp at times but she is doing what chickens do. I caught her the other night and she scratched me up good trying to get away. She is a fighter for sure. She is not finished fighting.
