Pete was standing in the barn when I went to go look for eggs. I didn’t think much of it. As I walked past him to go out of the barn, I decided to walk over to Pete. For once since we got him a year and a half ago, he did not move. He just stood there. I was able to pet him and he didn’t try to run. He just stood there. He looked nervous but he just let me pet him. I was so excited. Ronnie was watching while he was on the tractor and he got to see it. He gave me the thumbs up. It definitely was a surprise for me. I try hard to not push them and have been going slow with Pete to gain his trust. Looks like I might have it now.
