The Next Morning

The next morning, Ronnie and I got up to go check on Pedro. He was still looking rough. He was better than the day of, but he was still looking bad and like he was in a good amount of pain. I felt bad for Pedro. He was liking his extra attention but that donkey does not want to be penned up. I cannot say I blame him. He is getting feed since we have to put his antibiotics in there and he is getting a little hay. He normally just grazes the pasture like the rest of them. We are keeping a good eye on him. I’m hoping he gets better soon.
