Saverine’s eye is doing better. Spots is still having difficulty with her back foot, but she does seem to be doing better. One day at a time around here with injuries. Human and animals.
It looked like the cows and donkeys were sharing the hay bale. Sometimes the cows like to try to run the donkeys off the hay.
The cats were in front of the house. It is still hot outside at this time, but it is supposed to cool off soon. I hope that is the case.
We were able to get more hay today. We have stocked up on hay for the next few months. I am so grateful we have been able to get all that hay. It is important to have hay on this farm, but with the drought for the last 3 years, it has been hard to get hay that was at least half way affordable.
It was such a pretty evening outside.
The cats were all home tonight. That makes me happy.
It does look like Sonny boy is either terrorizing the hens in the shop, or protecting them in the shop at night.
