Well, we started a garden this year. It’s about three times as big as the one we had last year. I always get nervous about a garden because I do not have a green thumb. And honestly, I wasn’t sure how I was going to have time to take care of a garden. But, I’m doing it. My mom is coming down on the weekends to help me weed the garden. My pool may be green at the moment because I’m using my time on the animals and the garden, but it’s producing food!!! I’m so proud. It definitely needs weeding at the moment, but I can’t believe what we have gotten off of there lately. However, my story is this... when weeding the garden, watch out for fire ants. I got into a bunch of them and the bites swell up and hurt.
